How do I install on Mac or Windows?
On Mac, open the .dmg file and drag Fieldbase to Applications. On Windows, run the .exe installer. The Windows release is currently unsigned: if SmartScreen appears, check that you downloaded the file from this page, then select “More info” and “Run anyway”.
How do I install on my phone or tablet?
Use the buttons above to open the App Store on iPhone or iPad, or Google Play on Android. Install Fieldbase and sign in with your company account. The mobile apps let you work offline and sync your changes when the connection returns.
Do I need a different account?
No. Use the same account and company across your devices. Your role and company plan determine which features you can access.
How do I get updates?
On desktop, dashboard improvements become available without reinstalling the app. If it is already open, a banner asks you to refresh the page. The desktop app also checks for its own updates automatically and may need to restart. On phones and tablets, updates come through the App Store or Google Play.
